Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please cancel your reservation at least 4-hours prior to the start of class. In the event you cancel your class with less than 4-hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for your class. Cancellations can be done in your profile under your account. We apologize, but there are no exceptions.

Refund Policy

It is the policy of Breakaway Indoor Cycling, LLC. that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given unless documentation by a medical doctor is submitted. In the case of a significant medical condition, Breakaway Indoor Cycling, LLC will refund 50% of the client’s purchase. Please note that all class series are non-refundable and expire four months from the date of purchase.
